Frank Talk: This World has Gone Wild

Frank Talk: This World has Gone Wild

For some reasons, one bothers about how fictitious things have become. Although I’m compelled to keep my verbosity to myself, I shall let my pen speak, I shall speak through my pen.

All the straight faces, the fake identities and shrub personalities, who are they trying to please exactly? I can’t figure out despite how much research I have conducted.

It baffles me how people keep trying to act in a certain way just to please the world. Yet, it is the same set of people that will tell you to be yourself; maybe it is true about what they say that people have in them the flows that they detest in others.

I don’t really understand the logic behind pretending to be someone you’re not. Where I come from, there’s no such thing as deceiving others. You only deceive yourself.

Sometimes, when I watch how people behave and talk, I think to myself, “Don’t these people realize that they are just a drop of tear in an ocean?” the world is way too large for a person to limit their potential to the four corners of a room they find themselves in. This world is a gigantic place. Doesn’t the current have any fears for unfulfilled potential, much less to be restricted by someone else’s whims?

Gone are those wonderful days, when parents, teachers and elders were permitted to limit their wards to certain career paths: against the wishes of their children. No one respects inferiors. Now, even chaste women are scarce. Talk more of good men.

Everything is so fake and unreal. It makes me feel insecure. The atmosphere of this world is suffocating. The world is being stained by impurities and atrocities.

Who could have thought a time like this was coming? When vulgar things are very much normal? When everyone does as he/she pleases? No one takes corrections? When people desperately try to be what they are not; and embracing other people’s lifestyle? Are there any sincere people left? Where do I find them?

Well, my mother always says that “the truth is bitter” and I add “it is only the one who love you that will tell you the truth” look within you and don’t lie to yourself.
