Core Components
Participants complete activities across four sections (five for Gold) to develop essential skills.
Engage in the development of personal interests and practical skills, such as mastering an art form, learning a craft, musical instrument, or delving into design.
Promote holistic fitness and wellness through consistent engagement in physical activity, ranging from team sports like basketball to individual pursuits like jogging.
Cultivate a spirit of volunteerism and civic responsibility through community and charity work. This includes first aid, care for the sick or elderly, or engaging in environmental projects.
Embark on team-based expeditions that foster independence and resilience. Activities like hiking, bush walking, or cycling build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for exploration.
For Gold Award participants, this involves undertaking a five-day, four-night live-in group project. It's an immersive experience fostering collaboration, cultural exchange, and new skill development.
