The Principal

Welcome message from the principal

Welcome to our website. Here at Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls we provide a stimulating, challenging and caring environment that fosters the pursuit of high standards throughout all areas of the curriculum. Students are guided to become successful, independent learners and encouraged to grow into individuals who will confidently take their places in society.

Each child has her own unique blend of skills, talents, abilities and aspirations. Appreciating and developing these qualities on the journey from childhood to young adulthood is a privilege and a responsibility that we take seriously.

At Noble Hall we constantly review our curriculum to ensure its relevance. We apply relevant and ongoing screening and tracking to assess and ensure each student is reaching her full potential

Students will flourish in our care, their self-esteem will grow and they will become a success story for themselves, their family and their school. We will be there behind them every step of the way to support and guide them

Noble Hall is a school based upon relationships. We encourage close relationships with our parents, our teachers and our students. We value a positive, comfortable climate of mutual respect.

I am honoured to be the Principal here and I look forward to welcoming you and your daughter to Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls.

About the principal

Mrs. Elaine Breen

Mrs. Breen has extensive experience in Education and Management. She held managerial positions within several blue chip companies in the U.K. and ran her own restaurant business in Canada before embarking on her career in teaching. After working within 3 continents, Mrs. Breen brings a wealth of experience to Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls.

Mrs. Breen is a Specialist Teacher and an Assessor of specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and other difficulties affecting students reaching their true potential. As a dyslexic adult herself she understands that diagnosing learning difficulties is often the key to enabling a child's true intelligence to shine through. Mrs. Breen is passionate about each and every child reaching their full potential. Worldwide statistics demonstrate that the world population has 10-15% of people with specific learning difficulties. Mrs. Breen's passion is to enable people to understand this has nothing to do with intelligence. We all learn differently.

An expert in her field, she set up her own business in the U.K. in 2013 called Surrey Dyslexia Teaching and Assessment Centre. Today this business goes from strength to strength supporting children of all ages.

Mrs. Breen was engaged by many schools in the U.K. to set up special educational needs (SEND) departments within many high calibre schools in the Surrey area. She taught at The American International School, Surrey U.K. and she taught at and set up the SEND department at Millbourne Lodge Independent Preparatory School, U.K. Students at Millbourne progressed on to several high calibre London schools including Eton. She has taught across all age groups from 3 to adult.

She started her teaching career as a Specialist Teacher then qualified as a Specialist Assessor before gaining her Masters degree in Leadership and Management in Education. She is an affiliated member and a recognised teacher with PATOSS and the British Dyslexia Association.

Following qualification at the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre, U.K. which is recognised the world over, she was employed directly by them. She set up the first summer school run by the centre. Mrs. Breen held the position of SENCO in Micklefield Independent Preparatory School after setting the department up. She gained exemplary recognition for her department following ISI school inspection.
